Cold Chain & Packaging
Your seafood is packed in insulated containers with ice packs to maintain freshness during transit. Items are shipped using cold-chain logistics to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Delivery Fees
$20 delivery fee or $200 free delivery within 5kms radius
Minimum order $50
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day
No deliveries on Sundays & public holidays

Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails after two attempts, the order will be returned to us. Please reach out to customer support to arrange re-delivery. Additional fees may apply.
Returns & Refunds
As we sell products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives spoiled, damaged, or incorrect, please report it within 24 hours with photos. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund. Learn more on our Refund & Return Policy page.
Terms and Conditions
Someone has to be home to accept delivery and re delivery fee of $20 applies.
