  • 400ml coconut cream
  • 250ml fish stock
  • 2 lemongrass stalks, bruised

  • 1–2 fresh chillies, optional
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make the Soup

1. Build the Broth

  • Add the fish stock, bruised lemongrass and garlic to a large pot.
